Steve Cullen has spent the last 17 years within the fly fishing industry, as a journalist, photographer, brand manager, product developer, and content specialist. Brought up in the Scottish Borders and Steve had access to some wonderful wild trout and grayling fishing on both the world-famous River Tweed and its largest tributary, the Teviot.
He’s fished extensively throughout Europe searching out specimen trout and grayling. He’s also visited many other destinations around the World, including the warm-water havens of Mexico, Cuba – where he got achieved a ‘Grand Slam’.
After working as editor Total FlyFisher, he moved on to become the Brand Manager at Wychwood Game Fishing. Steve is a multi-capped England International (despite being Scottish) representing England at all levels of competition, from international to World events. He’s been been the English National Champion, winner of the Graham Trophy, part of the gold medal-winning team at the inaugural 5 Nations Tournament, and also a team member of theOsprey Fishing team that won the prestigious Lexus Fly Fishing Championships.
