On this week’s episode I explain and run through my gear which I use to catch my ferox on Corrib. You don’t need high tech fish finders and expensive rods to catch a fish of a lifetime. Time on the water and knowledge is the most important thing you need.
I also tell the story of when I was fishing one evening in thick fog and experience firsthand Irish folklore involving fairies and castles. Also when my engine packed in, went straight on the oars and then took a great fish.
