A 3-hour urban fishing session on the River Usk at Newport.
I headed to the river bank behind the Motorpod and the A48 to try out three new swim bait lures. I had some excellent responses with these swimbaits at Barry so I thought I’d try them on the Usk Estuary.
One of the lures produced a couple of good bites but sadly I missed them. One day soon I’ll get a fish on camera.
